Reporting into the Head of Production, we're after an experienced Director level candidate who can lead the Production team, and provide day to day advice on key decision-making to ensure client communications, live output, and customer experience is consistent and of the highest quality. Alongside this, you'll take ownership of and lead Wonder’s large Projects.
To be successful you will need:
- Corporate and experiential event experience
- Experience of conferences, tech brands and strong team leadership
- Excellent communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Endless experience of managing multiple large projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of building materials and construction methods, AV, rigging, Lighting and Audio, and reading technical drawings
- To be excellent in organising and leadership skills, used to working to tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong on budget management for large scale project
