Celebrating seven years of Wonder.

Nov 29, 2019

This week marks the 7th year of Wonder – and what a big year it’s been for us!

Since I founded the agency in 2012, we’ve gone from strength to strength, producing some of our biggest events and most exciting experiences for clients – and this year has been better than ever before.

To celebrate our success and sum up the year just gone, I've been reflecting on the Seven Wonders of Wonder from 2019. Check our our highlights below – and here's to another great year ahead!

1. Our winning streak continues.

In 2019 our agency culture, repeat clients and business growth continued to impress industry judges and peers, winning CN Agency of the Year (11-50 employees) back in March and Conference Awards Best Event Agency (over 20 employees) in July. Our winning streak for events also continued as we were shortlisted at C&IT and Conference Awards – as well as winning Conference/Exhibition of the Year at The Drum Experience Awards!

2. We rebranded.

Our rebrand launched last week, positioning collaboration and transformation at the heart of everything we do. A new look and feel, complete with new website and refreshed creative, the rebrand elevates the Wonder visual identity to reflect our thought process and approach.

3. European Office Expansion.

The rebrand also marked the launch of our new Amsterdam office with further expansion into key markets set for 2020 – an exciting time to be part of Team Wonder!

4. Future Live Today.

I recently became co-founder of Future Live Today, a digital intelligence agency for events. This investment in digital strategy strengthens our holistic approach to events, providing the discovery and insight necessary to craft meaningful and authentic experiences.

5. Exciting new work with 7 new clients.

Over the last year we've expanded our current portfolio of clients and taken on new and exciting challenges, designing and delivering new work in partnership with BT, Santander, Fuse, Visa, Deliveroo, Nike and Epson – with more to come in 2020.

6. Great partnerships with current clients.

We've also maintained great partnerships with existing clients, including the delivery and design of the Google Cloud Summits EMEA for the 4th year running, Android Summits in London and Berlin, and the Google for Education stand at BETT – relationships that continue to flourish into the new year.

7. Signing the Time To Change Pledge.

In October we signed the Time To Change Employer Pledge, making a commitment to changing the way we think and act about mental health at every level of our company. It’s so important to create a workplace environment where everyone feels able to open up, to help break the silence and end the stigma around mental health. Find out more here.
