Reports to: Head of Production

Location: Hybrid working, 3 days in the office in Shoreditch, London

  • You're an experienced Production Manager, with an eye for detail and a great communicator. Whether with internal teams or external suppliers, you are all about bringing creative ideas and our clients' vision to life. You know to make things happen - on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You are happy to own the production elements on large-scale projects and are a valuable asset in both pre-production and onsite. You are a safe pair of hands to clients and colleagues alike, ensuring exceptional delivery.

    • Lead day to day production activity on your own, often high-budget projects
    • Build a close relationship with creative and project teams and work with them to offer practical ideas and budget solutions
    • Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers and external resources to create strong partnerships and high quality output
    • Deliver exceptional service and communication with clients 
    • Manage elements of production budgets and check client quotes 
    • Own technical and operational requirements of projects
    • Contribute to the implementation of the live schedule and support the Senior Project team
    • Ensure the Live event delivery is of the highest standard and that all show production is flawlessly executed
    • Have responsibility for the on-site activity, including H&S delivery and de-rigging
    • Ensure all production folders are organised and that all financial, technical, scheduling, logistics and H&S documentation is recorded and managed
    • Participate in client debriefs 
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
    • Assist in budget reconciliation
    • You have good knowledge and experience of all Production elements, ideally with large scale B2B conferences and exhibitions
    • Experience working with leading brands  
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good understanding of industry and commercial awareness
    • Have your finger on the pulse of innovations, awareness of external developments 
    • Outstanding organisation and time management
    • Focussed, driven and self-motivated
    • Able to work across projects simultaneously
