The iconic cycling clothing brand approached us to create and deliver a bespoke itinerary for their annual Brand Ambassadors Summit.

Rapha wanted to bring their internal marketing team together with their UK brand ambassadors for three days of meetings, cycling, and all-important leisure time. Our initial challenge was to find the right venue; we needed to create a home from home with comfortable accommodation where guests could instantly relax. We also needed to plan and test a number of cycle routes, ensure safety and challenge for 25 riders of mixed ability, but also provide interesting photo ops and refreshment stops.

We combined meetings with daily cycling challenges including a 100km road route with links to a shared GPS app, ensuring each ride was seamless and stress free.

Each day a delicious menu was cooked up and served by the Rapha team complementing the laid back itinerary perfectly. The weekend was recorded by a well known cycling photographer and images were shared by all guests across their social media channels.
