The Great Escape is the largest annual music B2B conference in the UK.

Held in Brighton, it boasts networking sessions, debates, talks, panel discussions and parties – and for the first time YouTube was going to have a direct presence at the event. With 30 venues, 450 performing artists and hundreds of music industry attendees, YouTube needed to cut through the noise and and make an impact amongst a highly engaged and important audience. And that's where we came in.

Launching their first appearance in style, we produced and delivered their sponsored Artist Showcase.

Featuring Kano and a lineup of top UK hip hop artists, the performances were set to be exclusive to YouTube, and Creators were invited down to amplify the artist activation on social. We further added to the experience with an interactive product demonstration area where attendees could experience VR with Google DayDream.
