3D Designer (Midweight - Experienced)

Reports to: Executive Creative Director 

Location: Hybrid working, 3 days in the office in Shoreditch, London

  • You're here to turn ideas into reality, blending creativity with practical solutions across a diverse range of brands and clients. Collaborating closely with fellow creatives, designers, and the Production team, you'll design and deliver brand experiences, live events and interactive installations. 

    • Help deliver creative, impactful solutions that align with client briefs, tackling brand and experiential challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with designers and the Production team to ensure high-quality execution, sourcing new materials, samples, and creating detailed drawings for costing and fabrication.
    • Provide multiple creative options and visual references to explore and communicate thoughtful, fully-developed solutions.
    • Create sketches, illustrations, and stunning 3D visuals to clearly communicate design concepts.
    • Work alongside other departments to prepare creative proposals, ensuring your work stays on-brand and on-budget, and be prepared to present these concepts to clients/the wider team as needed.
    • Attend site visits and conduct on-site inspections in conjunction with senior creatives.
    • Maintain awareness of project profitability, ensuring costs stay within budget and flagging any issues that may impact the bottom line.
    • A 3D Designer with 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the events or experiential design sector.
    • Proficiency in key creative software, including Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience producing 2D CAD drawings for client approval and supplier handover.
    • Skilled in creating 3D models and visual representations of concepts.
    • Ability to produce compelling presentation decks and mood boards.
    • A strong attention to detail and an excellent understanding of spatial design.
    • Strong spatial awareness and storytelling ability.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Confident in presenting and articulating your design ideas and work to the wider team,  with strong communication skills.
    • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
