Ethical Trading and Anti-Slavery Policy Statement
Wonder refuses to trade with any company or individual that requires to make or receive any form of inducement in order to secure a commercial transaction and will terminate any ongoing relationships if evidence is found to demonstrate this. Wonder enters into Agreements with all its suppliers and customers which include their agreement to be bound by the Wonder Code of Ethics available on request.
Wonder expects all our suppliers to treat their employees with dignity, fairness and respect. We recognise the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and the UN Global Compact as the internationally recognised minimum standards with regard to working hours, living wages, freedom of association and safety of employees. We expect our suppliers to meet these standards and to have the same expectations of these high standards from their suppliers.
Wonder strictly prohibits the use of child labour in any form, and forced or compulsory labour, including any work or service that is exacted from any person under the threat of penalty and for which the person has not offered himself or herself voluntarily. We adhere to the minimum age requirements for employment as defined by national laws and international standards. We support the development and education of children and believe that they should be protected from exploitation.
Wonder complies with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Wonder refuses to trade with any company or individual that does not comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations.
