    BT wanted to transform one of its flagship events into an engaging, dynamic and rewarding awards ceremony - one that truly reflected the brand’s essence while honouring its top talent from around the world.

Our goal was to harness this energy, creating an experience that would inspire, excite and leave a lasting impact on those at the heart of the brand.

    The Growing Global Awards put BT’s people front and centre in a spectacular evening of recognition and entertainment. A bespoke gala environment was designed with a stage in the round, ensuring an immersive and inclusive atmosphere.

    High-energy performances and entertainment set the tone before football legend Rio Ferdinand took the stage for an inspiring Q&A, weaving in his personal journey of global success. The night culminated in a show-stopping performance from Get Funked, followed by DJ Live, keeping the energy high and the celebrations going.

    This was more than an awards ceremony - it was a powerful, unforgettable experience that reinforced BT’s commitment to its people and their role in shaping the brand’s future.
