Sandwiched between Shoreditch and Old Street, we take full advantage of being located in the heart of east London’s creative, tech and entrepreneurial community.

We hold a series of Wellness and Mental Health initiatives which include awareness of sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, giving gratitude to each other. We have an Employee Assistance Programme, for those times in your life when you need a little extra support and have also signed the Time To Change Employer Pledge, making a commitment to changing the way we think and act about mental health at every level of our company.
We have a Culture Council who focus on wellbeing and company socials. Our most recent activities have included a subsidised ski trip for the whole company, weekly running club and wine tasting night.

Wonder love to support charities and we know that often the charities we give our time to outside of work have a very personal connection to us. That’s why we offer all Wonder employees the opportunity to take 1 day per year, paid time off, to support any charity of your choice.
